Konírna

Even in the 1920s, the Konírna still served its original purpose and housed the horses of the Radlice dairy. During a complete sensitive reconstruction, authentic elements such as troughs, columns, and wooden parts of the floor were preserved, creating a unique rustic space with a cozy atmosphere. The open kitchen is dominated by a unique multi-story Tuscan grill 'Lu Furnu' on charcoal from the workshop of Paolo Parisi, allowing perfect preparation of different types of meat simultaneously, and the giant gastro pan provides an entertaining show.
