Lisa Gilbee and Gaetano Morella, through new approaches in production, give Primitivo a new face that is unusually fresh and elegant. From vineyards that reach up to 80 years of age, they collect grapes that definitely belong to the absolute top of winemaking in the Manduria area. Lisa’s experiments, who started with wine in Australia, with varieties such as Malbec or cuvée Primitivo with Negroamaro are highly entertaining and very new for the traditional Apulian area.
