Flours

Super modern mills as well as ancient water mills with stone mill wheels. The flours in our range have been processed in various Italian mills, but they have one thing in common: the grain from which they are ground comes only from Italian, mostly organic fields. Some suppliers also grow ancient original unmodified varieties in mountainous areas, which are more aromatic and nutritious. We use the same flours in our bakery.
