We import and sell only extra virgin olive oils mechanically cold-pressed between stone wheels or in modern presses within a few hours of harvest. From olives that our suppliers have grown themselves in their own groves in Liguria, Abruzzo, Puglia and Sicily, and handpicked using nets and ladders.
