Fratelli Corrà
The Corrà family has known what "Alpine gold" means for more than 170 years. This is what Tyrolean speck is sometimes called, which has been produced in this area for centuries. Speck has always been part of festive meals, and so we should treat it even today in times of prosperity. Speck from Italian pigs smoked on local beech and juniper wood is not the only gem that the family, led by Luca, Pio, and Federico, brings to the market. Sausages, hams, or carne salada can all be found in their assortment.
