Chiapella
The shop and butcher shop in the center of the town of Carrù in southern Piedmont are remembered even by the oldest inhabitants of this picturesque place. The Chiapella family no longer sells only meat from local pigs and cattle, but specializes in transforming it into sausages of various sizes and flavors. After slicing, just smell it and you feel like you are on a farm in Piedmont. Do not miss the unique taste of their salsiccia, the recipe of which is a family tradition.
