Where happy pigs wallow, that is where sausages with a taste of story come into being. This is how the Pedrazzoli family farm between Mantua and Ferrara in northern Italy could be described. Not only do they carefully take care of what they feed their pigs, but they also ensure that the most delicious sausages, hams, and mortadellas are made from their meat. The use of flavor enhancers and artificial salts is prohibited here, and almost the entire production is organic.
