Englhorn
The Agethle family has been farming at Englhof estate for over 200 years, but it was only in 2003 that they started producing cheese under the guidance of master Max Eller. From the milk of just twelve of their own cows of a local and almost extinct breed, which are driven to the mountains in the summer to enjoy the fresh air and fragrant pastures. And the pieces are truly masterful, with an incredible aroma of alpine herbs, dried fruits, or nuts.
