Il Boscasso

A place in the hills of Oltrepo Pavese, where goats thrive and enjoy, was chosen by Chiara Onida for her new life almost 20 years ago. Over that time, she has perfected the production of natural cheeses from unpasteurized goat's milk to near perfection. From Italian milk, she makes cheeses that somewhat resemble their French counterparts, but taste of herbs from Italian meadows.
