Lüch da Pcëi
Among the hills in Alto Adige, cheese culture has always lived. Cow's milk has a slightly different taste in each valley, which of course is reflected in the cheeses. The family dairy Lüch da Pcëi with its nearly forty cows, which graze on the hills in the Alta Badia area, makes beautiful cheeses. Some of them are beautifully fresh and the other part is seriously matured in their special cellar.
