Getting high-quality and healthy vegetables from a farm in southern Italy to the whole world, that is what the Iuorio family, who have been managing this farm for several generations, have tried to do. In the past, they either consumed most of what they grew immediately or sold it fresh, and preserved a small part for themselves. Now they have found out that they can carefully preserve a large part and sell it everywhere. So we have the opportunity to taste pepper cream, wild broccoli, green beans, or grilled onions whenever we want. All in great quality like in southern Italy.
