Mulino della Riviera di Dronero
The water mill stood in Dronero as early as the 15th century. Its faded glory was restored by the Cavanna brothers, who sensitively reconstructed it and restored its original function: flour milling. And not just any flour. Unique rye flour from ancient varieties of mountain rye, which grows in pure nature at an altitude of around 600 meters, is milled here. Thanks to its natural resistance, the grains can be grown completely naturally without the use of any chemicals, and they are also very rich in proteins and vitamins, and gentle milling between stone wheels further enhances their incredible aroma of mountain herbs.
